Great MMA gym. I go to the adult classes and it’s a great workout while also learning to be a better more proficient fighter. It has really been a big influence on my life and gave me confidence in my own abilities that I didn’t have before. Awesome environment that makes you feel like your a team not trying to hurt each other but trying to become better versions of ourselves. Mike Price is a very knowledgeable and understanding teacher and I’m blessed to be able to learn from him.
